Project Manager – Clinical Trials
Join Pharmaxi as a Project Manager and take responsibility for coordinating clinical trials at different stages of project delivery. This position is intended for people who can combine planning, communication, deadline control and cooperation with operational teams, sponsors and investigational sites.
Scope of responsibilities
- planning, coordination and oversight of clinical project delivery,
- cooperation with sponsors, project teams, investigational sites and service providers,
- monitoring the schedule, task status, risks and key project milestones,
- coordinating the work of CRA, CTA, regulatory affairs, data management and other team members,
- participating in the preparation and updating of project documentation,
- managing project communication and preparing status reports,
- supporting the resolution of operational, organisational and documentation-related issues.
Requirements
- experience in clinical project management or work in the area of clinical research,
- knowledge of the clinical trial process and GCP principles,
- ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks,
- very good communication skills and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders,
- knowledge of English sufficient to work with documentation and project communication,
- responsibility, independence and focus on the quality of project delivery.
Nice to have
- experience working in a CRO or pharmaceutical company,
- experience in international projects,
- knowledge of project management tools, EDC, eTMF or systems supporting clinical trials,
- experience in studies involving medicinal products, medical devices or IVD.
